Product delivery

Items are packaged and dispatched on the same business day. Delivery is carried out via LPExpress parcel locker within approximately 1-3 business days (in Lithuania), depending on the workload and individual circumstances of the shipping service provider. When sending abroad, the delivery times depend on individual circumstances and is approximately 7-14 business days.

Product return

If you received a damaged item or if you received incorrect items that were not ordered, please inform us via email within 3 business days from the date of receiving the item. We will gladly find a compromise and resolve any misunderstandings that may arise.

If the item was not damaged, used, or opened, you can return it by contacting us via email within 14 days from the date of delivery of the item. In this case, the buyer must cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
