RROUZ BUYING-SELLING RULES AND OTHER INFORMATION
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Purchase-Sale Rules (hereinafter - Rules) are a mandatory legal document, i.e., a valid contract that specifies the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter - Seller, we, us, our) on all matters related to buying and selling.
1.2. By a purchase-sale agreement, one party - the Seller undertakes to transfer the item (goods) to another party - the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept the item (goods) and pay the agreed amount of money (price) for it. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer in the E-shop performs all sequential actions to place an order: forms a shopping cart, provides delivery information, and pays for the goods by the chosen payment method. When ordering a document writing service, the contract is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer submits a request and makes a payment by any proposed Seller method.
1.3. By placing an order on our E-shop, the Buyer confirms that they agree to these Rules, undertake to comply with them, and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.4. By placing an order on our E-shop, the Buyer automatically agrees that their personal data would be processed on the E-shop for purposes specified in our Privacy Policy.
1.5. The Buyer who disagrees with these Rules and Privacy Policy cannot use our E-shop and the services provided by us.
1.6. We may occasionally update the Privacy Policy and Rules by publishing a new version on our website. Each time you visit our website, you should review this section to ensure that you are satisfied with any changes.
1.7. The Seller may terminate the operation of the managed website or unilaterally change, supplement, or amend these Rules without informing the Buyer.
BUYER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
2.1. The following persons have the right to purchase in our E-shop: active individuals of legal age whose capacity is not limited by court order; minors aged 14 to 18, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except when they independently dispose of their income; legal entities; authorized representatives of all these specified persons.
2.2. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in our E-shop according to the procedure established in these Rules and in other sections of this E-shop's information. The Buyer has the opportunity to order goods in the E-shop at a convenient time and pay for them by all possible payment methods specified in the E-shop. The Buyer undertakes to pay the specified price for the goods. The prices of goods are indicated along with the descriptions of the goods. Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The Buyer must pay the full price immediately. The Buyer must accept the items handed over to them. If the Buyer, in violation of their obligation, does not accept or refuses to accept the items, the Seller has the right to demand that the Buyer accept the items or refuse to execute the contract. In this case, the Buyer undertakes to cover all resulting expenses.
2.3. Each item sold in the E-shop is sold as described in the item description. The Seller is not responsible for discrepancies in the quantity or size of the item due to visual discrepancies or the settings of the buyer's browser, which may affect the scale of the item.
2.4. The Buyer must provide the Seller with correct information to execute the delivery and pay the specified amount for the ordered goods or services. The Buyer, when ordering goods, cannot make claims to the E-shop if the goods are delivered to a different person at the specified address during the order. If, due to incorrect or untimely changed Buyer information, the Seller delivers the goods to the wrong address, the Buyer must compensate the Seller for the losses incurred. If translation or document writing services are ordered, for this type of goods, the Buyer, when ordering the service, provides the correct email address for document delivery.
2.5. The Buyer is responsible for their actions performed using this E-shop.
2.6. Upon receiving a defective or damaged item, the Buyer undertakes to inform the Seller within three working days from the date of receipt of the item by email. In this case, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer the amount paid for the goods and their shipment back to the Seller within seven days from the fact of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed. If the Buyer does not inform the Seller about the damaged item or its packaging within the specified period, the Seller has the right to refuse to fully or partially satisfy the buyer's requests to replace the damaged items.
2.7. If the item was not damaged, used, or spoiled, the buyer has the right to refuse the Purchase-Sale agreement by informing the Seller by email, indicating the desired return of the item within fourteen working days from the date of delivery of the item. The Buyer undertakes to pay the shipping costs. The Seller, having received the specified notice of withdrawal from the contract and having received the item, refunds the money paid for the goods to the Buyer within 7 working days.
SELLER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
3.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with an opportunity to purchase goods in the E-shop under the conditions specified in these Rules and in other sections of this E-shop's information.
3.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
3.3. If the Seller cannot deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, the Seller undertakes to offer the Buyer a replacement item corresponding to the order as much as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept the proposed replacement item, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid by the Buyer within seven working days.
3.4. The Seller has the right to refuse the Buyer's order without paying any damages if the Buyer, when choosing payment by bank transfer, does not pay for the goods within 2 (two) working days from the order date, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
3.5. The Seller undertakes to protect the Buyer's personal data specified in the purchase-sale agreement from any illegal actions, disclosure, or provision to third parties, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.6. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with all necessary conditions for the use of the services provided by the E-shop, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.7. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
4.1. The seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the address specified by the Buyer.
4.2. The seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer within up to 14 business days.
4.3. The delivery of the goods is carried out by a courier.
PAYMENT FOR GOODS
5.1. The buyer pays for the goods in the E-shop by making an online payment using one of the payment methods provided in the E-shop.
5.2. The buyer pays for the goods at the time of placing the order.
5.3. The Buyer's obligations to pay for the goods are considered fulfilled from the moment the money is credited to the Seller's bank account.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS
6.1. The buyer has the right to return the goods to the seller within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by notifying the seller by e-mail.
6.2. The returned goods must be in the original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
6.3. The buyer returns the goods at their own expense.
6.4. The seller returns the money for the returned goods within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. These Rules have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.2. All disputes arising from the implementation of these Rules are resolved through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, it is resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.3. By placing an order in the E-shop, the Buyer confirms that they are familiar with these Rules, agree with them, and undertake to comply with them.
